The weather forecast was for showers and sunny spells, my forecast was like Sir Issac Newtons observations of refracted light, "a rainbow". Newtons was through his glass prism, but we see it in nature, through rain drops.

I too had observed where and when a rainbow was likely to appear, over Larkstone Lane.
And so i re-visited this spot, knowing my odds of catching a rainbow here would be high.
Look to the left, you will just make out a second, fainter rainbow, it is clearer, and sharper in the full resolution print.
